My husband and I worked with Anthony to strategically sell my father-in-law’s house in Cicero. He had an incredible plan and maximize our profit, which was tremendous. I would highly recommend working with Anthony who is highly efficient, communicative, savvy with real estate in the area, and very trustworthy. This was our first home sale. Anthony Osborne was our representative. Whenever we contacted him by phone ‘email or text he always got back to us very quickly. I’m sure that most of the questions He had heard many times before. He took the time to explain the process. Anthony always treated us with respect and promptness when there were issues he stepped up and took control. It’s a scary thing to turn over control he’s a good guy to have in your corner.

When we were having issues with closing, Anthony went above and beyond to keep things moving.

Anthony helped us purchase a house. Unforeseen circumstances arose which delayed our closing. Anthony took it upon himself to figure out a way for us to close when things came to a standstill. It is an absolute pleasure working with Anthony. We highly recommend him.

Anthony is THE best. We tried 3 different realtors before working with Anthony and he didn’t disappoint. Communicating at the drop of a hat and willing to show us any houses we asked. Very honest and up front about what to expect through the whole home buying process. He helped us find our perfect house! If you need a realtor he’s your guy!!

Anthony was so great to work with! A consummate professional throughout the whole process. He is well versed in things to look out for in a home to ensure you aren't buying a "lemon" of a house. Whenever we wanted to see a house Anthony would get us in same day for the most part, which is really important in today's high demand market. He also has an amazing sense of humor, and though we saw some really interesting houses that weren't the best fits for some very quirky reasons and got outbid a few times on houses we really loved, he managed to keep our morale up by bringing a sense of humor to the situation and being really empathetic. When we finally did find our home, Anthony was incredibly helpful at making sure we got our offer in quickly so we didn't miss out. Anthony even came out when we had to make some small repairs after our appraisal found some things that needed to be fixed for safety. He helped me install a hand rail, which was so above and beyond! During our final walkthrough, Anthony helped us navigate a really tricky situation, and helped us get documentation of the situation, which really helped us during close. All and all, if I ever choose to buy a house again or sell our house, I would choose Anthony as my real estate agent every time. We could not have chosen a better person to help us into our new home!
